Strange, I could.

Anyway, to summarize:
- oolite fails to build when HOME is set to a non-existent directory
- this occurs when build Arch:all, so it's not seen on the buildd yet
- in my latest archive rebuild, all other packages in Debian built fine
  with HOME set to a non-existent directory (sometimes using the trick
  of creating a temporary home dir for such cases), or failed for other
  reasons

I still believe that this should be fixed, but I'm not going to spend
more time on trying to convince people.

Let's retitle to reflect that.
