Tagged by "FIXME", `w3-frames' bogously tries to use the value of
non-existing variable `url-be-asynchronous'.
This is fixed by the attached patch.
Moreover the patch fixes quitting a "frameset", through setting
`w3-last-buffer' in the "frame" buffers.
