IMO this should never happen. And it only happens for these pages. All other generated filenames are sane. To better understand the problem look at the files in libdebian-installer4-dev. There is e.g. /usr/share/doc/libdebian-installer4-dev/html/dir__2Fhome_2Fcjwatson_2Fsrc_2Fdebian_2Fdebian_2Dinstaller_2Ftrunk_2Fdebian_2Dinstaller_2Fpackages_2Flibdebian_2Dinstaller_2Fsrc_2Fsystem_2F.html This does not happen with doxygen-1.4.4-1.
