Bug#777242: Acknowledgement (needrestart: remove and purge doesn't work anymore after installing needrestart)

If someone experiences the same problem and wants to remove needrestart 
you have to do this before you're able to uninstall it: rm 
/etc/dpkg/dpkg.cfg.d/needrestart
