With reduced number of files to try to pair down what is the cause, then the problem does not persist. However on my account with full Music files storage I cannot get Extract to success 100% it will always fail by a crash. I've copied the contents of A/Music to B/Music and removed parts of B/Music until the Extract will be a success ; The really odd thing is how I have say: B/Music/artist/album/song_01.flac B/Music/artist/album/song_01.inf B/Music/artist/album/song_02.flac B/Music/artist/album/song_02.inf B/Music/artist/album/song_03.flac B/Music/artist/album/song_03.inf ... all the way to 11 tracks, when I remove tracks 07 through 11 then the Extract is success. It seems to be okay unless I have 7 count of tracks or more in that album/artist, and what track number files they are doesn't matter it just has to be 6 or less for a success with Extract. Weird problem? Test data that I have to replicate the problem is 366MB, if you want I will share it but I'm not sure how to send that. Eric
