Am I correct in tentatively concluding that the only thing that has to
be done in order to make dnssec-trigger work correctly with resolvconf
and thus grant this wish (#776778) is to stop dnssec-trigger from
touching /etc/resolv.conf directly when /sbin/resolvconf is present on
the filesystem?

So far as I can see dnssec-trigger doesn't have to do anything further
with respect to resolv.conf.

* Unbound itself registers its listen address with resolvconf for
inclusion in resolv.conf.
* Resolvconf collects search domain names from the DHCP client for
inclusion in resolv.conf.
