Well, of course it's your choice, but given that we serve users I
usually integrate l10n updates in my packages - they are low risk and
typically high gain patches, especially before a freeze.
But I suppose we agree to disagree, so let's keep this at that.
(Just as a side note: since missing / incomplete translations are
listed on Debian web pages, other languages might send in patches as
well).
