Dear Maintainer,
when I start dhelp from the command line
$ dhelp
a new tab is opened in the default browser and I'm shown the
following message
> Not Found
>
> The requested URL /doc/HTML/index.html was not found on this server.
>
> Apache/2.4.10 (Debian) Server at localhost Port 80
This behaviour renders the dhelp package unusable for me.
