Well, from your logs it looked like "some" client accessed the org.freedesktop.NetworkManager D-Bus interface, triggering the service start. nm-applet was only my first guess. When you run systemctl disable NetworkManager.service, did it remove the /etc/systemd/system/dbus-org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.service symlink? -- Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the universe are pointed away from Earth?
