Dear maintainers,
When doing a conversion to html, xhtml, txt, man (and probably others),
a strange character is inserted before title. For example in html or
xhtml, it is shown just before the content of <TITLE> and first <H1>
tags.
This is seen as "<feff>" with "vim" and "<U+FEFF>" with "less".
It is not displayed with "more", Mousepad or Iceweasel, but it is
displayed as a blank square when displaying the page with Dillo.
This character does not appear elsewhere in the output file.
