pillow currently fails to build from source on sh4 as the multiprocessor test fails in the test suite. Upstream suggested just disabling that particular test on sh4 [1] as those CPUs are single-processor only anyway (at least the variants Debian supports currently). Please disable the multiprocessor test on sh4. I might follow up with a patch once I have figured out how to actually disable the test.
