Package: apport-retrace
Version: 2.16.2-2
Severity: normal

When calling retrace, it seems to be setting up a sandbox and
downloading the entire packages from the net, even if many of the debs
are avialable in the local cachedir.

Find ways to instruct apport-retrace to leverage debs from local
cachedir, where possible.
