Hello, even after setting Pipefs-Directory to /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs in /etc/idmapd.conf, I still have a problem: The user ids on the client seem to be correct now, but for all files and directories belonging to the root group on the server, the client shows 'nogroup' as group. This does not happen when I mount the same nfs directory on another host which has been booted from a local hard disk.
