Sorry that was version of adb binary. Package version is : 4.2.2+git20130218-3 > The machine where you verified this bug, did it have a similar USB device ? > Yes, I have Integrated Webcam in my laptop, and Powertop shows its power usage about 150-200mW. And I don't see any increase of power usage due to adb.
