Thanks for your input. I have some more questions:
1. Does your Inbox just contain one message in it?
2. Do you run (have you ever run) mozilla (win) and tbird (linux)
at the same time?
3. Is it really needed to have different versions? Maybe its enough
to run two profiles on the same machines whose mail folder points
to the same? Use the profile manager (-P) to setup two profiles on
the same machine.
4. I guess, you point the mail folder manually to the main folder on
both accounts, right?
