libuv upstream decided to maintain two active branches alive at the same time. 
Given the soname bump (libuv0.10 -> libuv1), it is my understanding that 
neovim wants libuv1.

libuv1 has just been uploaded to sid, but given the length of the NEW queue at 
this moment, it may take some time before hitting the archive:
https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/libuv1_1.4.2-1.html

If you want to start building/testing your neovim package, you can build 
yourself current libuv1 (1.4.2-1) from git:
http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-javascript/libuv1.git
