Package: tomcat4 Version: 4.1.31-2 Severity: normal I have the same problem.
If a context is declared in web.xml but the directory/files are not present in the webapps of the vhost, Tomcat start and crash without error message. If we remove the "missing" context, all is fine. I didn't have this problem with 4.1.30-6. Sincerely, Stef... ............................................................... .
