No. He said that a decision between libav and ffmpeg would still have to be made. IOW, we won't ship Stretch with both libav and ffmpeg. Allowing ffmpeg to migrate now and have half of the rdeps switch from libav to ffmpeg is only going to make things worse when we have to pull one of the two with all its rdeps from testing one month before the freeze.
