Looking at debian/control I see that fritzing manually depends on:
libqt4-dbus,
libqt4-help,
libqt4-network,
libqt4-opengl,
libqt4-sql,
libqt4-svg,
libqt4-webkit,
libqt4-xml,
libqt4-xmlpatterns,
libqtcore4,
libqtgui4,
None of this dependencies should be harcoded here, that's
${shlibs:Depends}'s job.
The only really useful qt4-related dependency there is libqt4-sql-sqlite,
which needs to be explicitely listed.
I'm tagging this bug as if I have provided a patch because the fix is easy
to get from my description above.
I'm currently building the package without those to see if the dependencies
are correctly filled up (they should...)
