I'm in no way involved in this, but just for the sake of information it was autoremoved on 07/02/2015 due to RC bug #774874, see https://packages.qa.debian.org/m/maradns/news/20150207T163914Z.html It surely won't show up in further jessie point releases, but if you need it you can ask the maintainer (Dariusz CCed here) to upload 2.0.09-4 into jessie-backports.
