IPredator is blocked due to massive spam attacks. Despite reports to their abuse contacts, the spam attacks continued. So they're blocked and remain blocked. wiki.debian.org is far from the only site on the net with this policy. If you want to access the Debian wiki, don't use a known spam haven as a transport.
