The problem is the association of a service name (syncproxy, ftp.CC)
to a specific host.
The redirector and its monitoring look for the individual hosts, not
for service names, so for the "debian.carnet.hr" entry it will look up
the DNS rr of debian.carnet.hr, connect to it using a host:
debian.carnet.hr, and look for the debian.carnet.hr site trace. At no
time it uses the service name.

So for this specific case to be solved, either something is renamed on
the host (e.g. the trace file, but...), or on the list, or we just
give up on this and add a "Trace-file: syncproxy.eu.debian.org" field
on the mirrors list entry. It is an ugly workaround, however. Also
note that only the redirector is aware of that field.

Cheers,
