Note that instead it depends on "${binary:Version}" (which means you didn't try to install the resulting package which is very wrong).
Some other suggestions: You don't need to include patchsys-quilt.mk or depend on quilt as you don't use it. Your Format: URL in d/copyright is outdated. You should use the symbols system when packaging shared libs. -- WBR, wRAR
