Package: libopenblas-base
Version: 0.2.14-1
Severity: normal

Hi,
i have experienced 100% CPU load on ARM with octave + libopenblas as
reported here [0]. I don't know if this is due to my hardware setup or
it can be verified on other platforms too, but if verified maybe it
could be nice to contact octave mantainers and tell them to remove
libopenblas from the dependencies list until a fix (or apply a more
appropriate procedure for these cases, idk).
I was told in the #octave IRC channel that this bug may be already
known upstream, but i wonder if something can be done on the Debian
side to avoid CPU cycles wastage to users who may not monitor their
CPU usage during the program execution, and so may be unaware of the
issue.
If you need more informations let me know.

Thanks.
