Dear Maintainer,
I located the problem:
It was libgnults. My System had 3.3.15-5 installed - that causes the
problem with gimp. I went back to 3.3.15-2 and gimp starts well.

libgnutls-deb0-28 3.3.15-5 (unstable) works not!
libgnutls-openssl27 3.3.15-5 (unstable) works not!


libgnutls-deb0-28 3.3.15-2 (testing) works!
libgnutls-openssl27 3.3.15-2 (testing) works!
