I have some questions that you or others could help:

1. Is there any place where we can find the sources for TimGM6mb
soundfont? If not, do you know how could we extract the binary file?
Otherwise I can't see how it could be accepted. In case we can't find an
immediate solution for that, would you mind if I drop
musescore-soundfont-gm binary from musescore package until we get
timgm6mb-soundfont accepted?

2. Is there any reason to keep +dfsg1 in the package name? I couldn't
see why we'd need to prepare a new tarball for the current version.
