There will be no QString at all — any method that returns a QString in C++
will return a native Python string in PyQt.

Try it yourself with:

  import sip
  sip.setapi('QString', 2)

Any discussion on changing the behavior should happen upstream, we (Debian)
are not really deciding anything here.
