currently, the intended workflow is to just click on the "Keyring
Packages" button again if, for example, you created a new repo.

This builds new keyring packages for all repos.

Fwiw, there is also a helper script (in examples) to get the keyring
packages bulk-migrated to stable once this is done.

There is definitely space here to make this much more user-friendly
eventually...
