Hi, the files are stored on a separate Drive belonging to the service account. For each credential created within a project in the developer console, there is a separate space with 15G of capacity, which cannot be expanded. Also, these Drives can be only accessed using the API, there is no web interface.
On the other hand, you can create as many of these as you want and they don't take space from your regular Google Drive. If you delete the credentials, content of its Drive is lost.
