I wouldn't expect 3.4 to be ready before at least a couple of months, if
not later.

In 3.3.9, we are switching from Qt4 to Qt5, so this is going to break
both openwalnut and choreonoid.

Even both upstreams support Qt5 currently, their Debian packages seem
unmaintained: openwalnut has Qt5 support since 1.4.0-rc2 (but Debian is
at 1.4.0-rc1 —no updates in more than a year), and choreonoid package is
stalled at 1.1.0 from 2013 while upstream is at least 1.4.0.

The point is that there is no easy fix for the current versions of those
packages in the Debian archive, so maybe we could let them be dropped
until someone steps up again to maintain them uploading newer versions
of the packages.
