Hi Paulo, I would be delighted to have you adopt or co-maintain t1utils. :) Please note that 1.39 is already in experimental, so it just needs to be reuploaded to unstable (plus any updates required since the last update). The project is maintained in git in collab-maint/t1utils [1] (though the PTS does not list it, maybe I forgot the headers?).
