Hi,
--arch is supposed to be whatever DEB_HOST_ARCH_CPU says it
is. I think we should stop telling make-kpkg that it is ppc -- ppc is
a subarch, anyway.
What happens if you do not give kernel-package the --arch
argument? It should work out of the box. Does it not do so?
