Package: emacs
Version: 46.1
Followup-For: Bug #791818

Dear Maintainer,

I'm not sure if this is the same problem chill3 describes, but no doubts it's
something similiar.
Running the command
# apt-get install emacs
installs both 'emacs' and 'emacs24' packages.
But running
# apt-get remove emacs
removes just 'emacs' package for some reason.

According to the output of
$ aptitude why emacs24
the package is kept because it provides the mail-reader, which is suggested by
another package.
