Package: kwin-wayland
Version: 4:5.3.2-3
Followup-For: Bug #793973

Happy Thursday,

I can confirm this bug.

In the interest of testing kwin-wayland I purged kwin-x11. After login there
were no decoration and the keyboard did not work.

I confirmed qtwayland5 was installed before testing.

I did not have to purge kwin-wayland simply installing kwin-x11 resolved the
issue.
