VIPS has three transitions dependency: ilmbase, openexr and hdf5. The
first two started already, but not the latter. The VIPS transition
candidate is in experimental. May I upload it? I'll start my journey
on Thursday to DebConf15 and I've no plans to take my GnuPG key with
me - I won't be able to upload it during that time. Maybe it would be
better to upload it after DebConf15 is over?
