Control: tags -1 pending

Hi Alastair,

ferret-vis is the last remaining package to be rebuilt for the
netcdf-fortran transition, as such I've NMU ferret-vis () to DELAYED/2.

The NMU also closes the two outstanding issues.

See the attached debdiff for details.

You may want to do a proper upload to unstable instead.
