Bug#796897: xtitle does not need xterm as it works fine remotely

The xtitle executable does not need xterm, as it works fine remotely
(e.g., in an ssh session), so the "Requires: xterm ..." is much too
strong.  I'd suggest a gentle "Enhances: xterm ..."
