Bug#793488: amd-opencl-icd: Update to 1:15.7-1 broke opencl

Hi.

Running some OpenCl tests on replaced libamdocl64.so.
Preformance is amiss (about 10 % slower than 14.9).

On SID, running Catalyst 15.7 is not the best choice.
