As it is evident from filelist [1], "golang-gogoprotobuf-dev" do not install
file "gogo.proto" which should be in
/usr/share/gocode/src/github.com/gogo/protobuf/gogoproto
Lack of "gogo.proto" can lead to FTBFS in other packages.
Re-build of the "golang-gogoprotobuf" package fixes this problem.
