I don't agree. The user should not have to use debtags to know whether
or not a package is worth installing (i.e. does use Qt or not).

However I'll change the short definition and the new one will be:

"Qt VoIP softphone with an own, encrypted protocol"

Moreover I like debtags system and I definitely will use it for ihu.

You are right. This is the initial release of ihu and both the
description are from the upstream author. I'll remove those in the next
release of my package and I'll write a better Debian description.
