looking at the rebootstrap source, it seems freetype is part of the source packages that have to be crossed: https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/users/helmutg/rebootstrap.git/tree/bootstrap.sh#n3257 Furthermore, it seems there are no patches (build profiles or otherwise) are needed to cross build it. This suggests that Peter's patch to add a build profile is not needed. Thanks! cheers, josch
