Package: apt Version: 1.1~exp12 Severity: minor Debug::pkgAcquire::Worker option causes APT to produce debug output, some of which is percent-encoded. Bytes with values greater than or equal to 128 are encoded incorrectly: for example, the value 128 should be encoded as %80, but is actually encoded as %ffffff80.
