Yes, I gather it should be possible to hold off on trying to use czmq there
for now; see https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=798223#42
and the following brief discussion.

It would still be good to get the ZeroMQ stack working on the Hurd as a
matter of principle, though.
