Package: enigmail Version: 2:1.8.2-4 Severity: normal When I tried to refresh all public keys, I got an popup error message complaining that dirmngr was not installed. After installing it the key refresh worked fine. Perhaps enigmail should depend, recommend or suggest the package dirmngr?
