Package: gstm Version: 1.2-8.1 Severity: important Dear Maintainer,
lately gStm stopped asking the password to create the tunnels. I think this behavior is related to the recent recent upgrade of Gnome to 3.18 happened in testing (I cannot narrow the correlation to the exact package, though). The only workaround I found to keep using gStm is launching it from a terminal window: the password is then asked from the command line. That's the main reason why I guess a correlation between this malfunction and the Gnome upgrade. I'm filing this against gstm, but I cannot exclude that could be assigned to ssh-askpass-gnome.
