Bug#799084: apparmor-profiles-extra: apparmor is not allowing ntpd to read its config file @ /etc/openntpd/ntpd.conf

Hi,

As far as I understand, this profile is meant for the NTP.org daemon, provided
by the `ntp` package.

OpenNTPd (in sid) ships its own AppArmor profile, and thus currently conflicts
with apparmor-profiles-extra (see bug #769146).
As mentionned in #769146, the right fix is to move this profile to the ntp
package.
