Running duplicity 0.7.05-1 Debian Jessie fails with:

ImportError: cannot import name LockFile
I had version 1:0.8-2 of python-lockfile installed.
After upgrading to 1:0.10.2-2 and manually removing the stale lockfile [1]
duplicity is working again, although I don't see any improvement in lockfile
handling, the stale lockfile bug is still there [1].
