Hello,

recently I'm running into a problem writing a (ready-made) ISO to CD.
The logs show that there's odd behaviour of the drive together with a
note to report this. My setup includes hda (IDE drive, ATA-100) and hdc
(the writer, also ATA-100), each on a different bus, as well as two
real SCSI drives (10k). When I try to write an image from the IDE
drive, I get buffer underruns which should not happen on this drive
(see attached log cd1.log), and when I write an image from a SCSI
drive, xcdroast says that writing was ok (see attached log cd2.log),
but trying to verify the CD after writing always fails at some 97%. I'm
a bit at a loss as to why that happens and realize that these might be
problems with the cdrecord package instead of xcdroast itself. But
since I'm no CD expert, I'll start here.

Thank you!

Best,
--Toni++
