libcf0, libnetcdfc7, libnetcdfc++4, libnetcdff5
These are no longer built from the new netcdf, netcdf-cxx{,-legacy} &
netcdf-fortran source packages.
The old 4.1.3 netcdf packages are preventing testing migration of the
new netcdf 4.4.0~rc3 packages, the netcdf 4.4.0~rc2 packages migrated
before.
