I'm ok with the LC_ALL change, but I'd rather not take the xdmcp.xml patch, unless it goes upstream. There aren't that many versions of xorg-sgml-doctools anyway, so we could just rebuild. That said, the relver doesn't add much so I can't see a reason not to try and get the patch upstream.
